​Stage Set Up (~30 minutes)

Friday, March 15, 3:00pm
  • Setting up the new stage
  • Moving curtains and sets from the music room
  • Removing the basketball net
  • Setting up tables for the sound and lighting systems.
  • Moving risers  

Lighting and Sound Set up
Wednesday, April 3, after 6:00

  • Unloading sound and lighting
  • Setting up lighting and speaker stands.
  • Setting up Microphones
  • Attaching all electric cables

Tear Down
Thursday, April 11, after the evening show
Take down of the stage, risers, sets and sound and lighting
    *Many helpers make for a quicker tear down*

Return of sound and lighting equipment
You can load the equipment in your vehicle on either April 11 after the show or in the morning of April 12.
