May 9, 2019 is....
​Montroyal's Annual Jog-a-Thon!!

Join us for a fun filled day cheering on the students participating in
Jog-a-Thon 2019!  This is a highlight of the year for many reasons...mainly because you will be getting some earlier bedtimes (fingers crossed).

Pledge forms (if you haven't received it yet.... check their backpacks) need to be returned by May 7.

Here is an approximate schedule for when each class will be running.

We need volunteers!!! If you are able to come and help out...find a spot here.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please make sure your student wears their new Montroyal T-Shirt they received!! 

Excuse me... but where is MY child's T-shirt?

Have no fear, have no fear...all children who did not receive a t-shirt last week will get one on May the 8th. If your child will be absent from school: please send their teacher a note so that they can arrange to get one BEFORE the Jog-a-thon on Thursday.  We would like to make sure everyone wears their cool Montroyal shirts to the Jog-a-Thon!!

MPAC Parents Feedback Survey

The MPAC Parents feedback Survey is coming April 23rd!! Get those thoughts together and charge those laptops.  Feedback from this SHORT online survey will guide next years MPAC Executive to set priorities, so be sure to have your voice heard!

Term 3 Programs

There are a ton of exciting programs this term.  Including Coding, Tennis, Chess, Ultimate Frisbee as well as our regular after care with  North Vancouver Rec. Don't forget to register. Click here for full details.

Handsworth Rebuild Updates

​Announced Jan 2018 Handsworth will be fully rebuilt with a competition date of Aug 2021. The $62.3 million project is a collaborative effort by SD44, School Board, Ministry of Education and the DNV. The project does not include the sports field, furniture or outdoor lighting.
